MEET STEVE MADICK
Steve Madick is the Administrative Manager at Mohawk's South Bend plant.
Steve has been with us since 1995, progressing from Customer Service
Representative to Customer Service Manager to Administrative Manager.
Before coming to Mohawk, Steve spent ten years working for Soundtech, a small
manufacturer of speaker cabinets and sound reinforcement systems. Steve
was Soundtech's first employee, and he was able to grow with the company and
learn all aspects of the business. That knowledge has served him well
here.
Steve has lived in the South Bend area all of his life and has been married to
his wife Helen for 25 years. They have four children. Helen recently
began teaching preschool and went back to school to pursue her degree in early
childhood development.
In his spare time Steve likes to shoot a variety of firearms. Although he
doesn't hunt he enjoys shooting targets such as clay pigeons for sport.
"If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that it's all about
customer service." says Steve. "We must continue to react quickly to the
needs of our customers, and it's my goal to constantly improve this area."
