Six girls from our troop received their "I Live My Faith Award" at the Bishop's Mass.  The I Live My Faith Award is a program of general Christian formation for Girl Scouts and CampFire boys and girls, aged 9-11, who are registered in their respective programs.  It is an optional religious participation program designed to enable the participants to become more aware of the place God and religion hold in daily life.  I Live My Faith provides a foundation for the Marian Medal program, but does not duplicate the thrust and activities of the Marian Medal.  I Live My Faith is organized into project unities that seek to develop an awareness of the participant's potential as a growing human person as a responsible member of her/his family, organization, faith and community.
